ONLINE AUCTION WITH GREATER GIVING TECHNOLOGY

• The LARK Online Auction will start on Wednesday, April 15 at 8:00 am
• Each auction item has a unique four-digit number. All bidding will be done via the electronic bidding system provided by Greater Giving and can be done on your smart phone.
• Bidders are identified in the system by their unique bidder number which is assigned to those who are registered for this evening's event
• The Online Auction will close Saturday, April 18 at 8:15 pm

HOW TO BID WITH ONLINE BIDDING
Once you have been invited to join Online Bidding, you have a number of options available to you:

1. Select the Package you wish to Bid on
2. Select either the Bid option to bid the next increment, or select 'Bid More' to choose your increment
   1. Or, if available, select 'Buy Now' to purchase the Package forthe price listed
3. Click the star icon to save the Package to your Favorites
4. To make a donation, click the Donate button on the home pageand enter your amount
5. Use the menu in the top left to view packages you have bid on, favorited or to browse by Category
6. When the auction closes, the high bidder can find Packages they have won in the Bids area of the menu

BUY NOW (GUARUNTEED PURCHASE)
Certain auction items will have a Buy Now option. These items can be purchased right away, at a premium price by selecting 'BUY NOW'. The BUY NOW amount will be your winning bid amount. EACH BID LEGALLY OBLIGATES THE BIDDER TO PAY HIS/HER BID IN FULL AT THE CLOSE OF THE ONLINE AUCTION AT 8:15 PM.


PADDLE RAISER - IGNATIAN EDUCATORS FUND
The LARK auctioneer will encourage all participants to donate at set levels. The auctioneer will start with higher figures first. As the auctioneer requests the amount you wish to donate, please raise your paddle (bidder number). The suggested amounts will decrease and after a certain level, the auctioneer will ask that all remaining amounts be donated on your phone. Please 'click' on the amount you wish to donate. You can also specify an 'other' amount if you wish. ALL DONATIONS ARE FINAL.


CHECKOUT & PAYMENT
ALL payment for purchases and donations will be processed via the credit card on file on Sunday, April 19, 2026. If the bidder prefers to pay via an alternate form of payment (i.e. check or cash) they will need to visit Checkout before leaving the event to indicate their preference for payment.


EXPIRATIONS
Unless otherwise noted, all packages expire one-year from the date of LARK (by April 18, 2027).
