This year’s Paddle Raiser supports the Ignatian Educators Fund, an investment in the exceptional teachers and mentors who bring the Regis Jesuit mission to life. Their commitment, care and vocation form the foundation of our students’ academic excellence, faith and character.

As the educational landscape grows more competitive with rising costs, inflation and nationwide teacher shortages, supporting and retaining outstanding educators is essential. Gifts made through the Paddle Raiser help ensure faculty compensation remains competitive, allowing Regis Jesuit to recruit, hire and retain the best educators who support and believe in our students. 

Our goal is to ensure that we maintain faculty salaries at 95% of comparable surrounding schools, affirming our commitment to invest in those who shape our students’ lives and uphold the mission and values of Regis Jesuit.
